Jareeda, in Arabic, means newspaper, and it has been published continuously for over 33 years.
Jareeda is an International Middle Eastern Dance Magazine that is owned and edited by
Mezdulene. It is
published 4 times a year, giving subscribers great information all year long. It is a friendly,
quality publication whose subscribers range from professional
dancers to students, and even non-dancers who love
our art form and wish to know more about it. At this
time, Jareeda is available through
subscriptions, and
article submissions are always welcome.
Jareeda has the largest known readership of any Middle Eastern Dance journal published in the United States and has an
international staff of writers, professional artwork and great advertisers for all of your dance needs.
At this time, Jareeda is a hard copy magazine that you can enjoy reading anytime or anywhere and is available through subscriptions. Article submissions are always welcome. We pride ourselves on being 'every dancer's magazine,' and we welcome your input. We are always looking for spotlight dancers, workshop/show reviews and all articles from experiential to explanation, health to historical to how-to and everything else belly dance or woman related. Don't be shy. We want to hear from YOU!
